Had some difficulty with booking, the groomer didn't show up and then we received a cancellation notice, said they would give us a 15.00 credit. But since our rebooking was finally made 2 weeks later, we didn't get our $15.00 credit on the next book. They were diligent at refunding us the original charge, but that discount didn't follow through to the next booking.
