How Do I Book an Appointment?

  1. Open the Groomit app or website.
  2. Choose your package and add-ons.
  3. Select a date and time that suits you.
  4. Confirm your booking.

Can I Book Multiple Pets?

You can book multiple dogs or multiple cats in a single appointment. Dogs and cats cannot be booked together in the same appointment.

How Long Does Grooming Take?

On average, grooming takes 1-3 hours, depending on the pet’s size, coat condition, and selected services.

When Will I Be Charged?

Once you book your appointment, the charge will be applied to all packages.

How Can I Tip My Groomer?

Tip via the app or website under “My Appointments” after the service. Cash tips are also accepted.

Why Verify My Credit Card?

Verification protects against fraud. A temporary debit may appear for verification purposes. A small verification amount will be charged to your card, and you should enter the exact amount reflected on your statement. The amount/s will be voided automatically within 24 hours.

What Is the De-Matting Fee?

The de-matting fee covers the additional time, attention, and specialized care required to safely remove matting from your pet's coat. It also accounts for the extra wear and maintenance on grooming tools and equipment used during the process.

Find your last appointment under “Completed” and select “Rebook.”

What is a recurring booking?

A recurring booking allows you to schedule regular grooming appointments for your pet at a discounted price at intervals that suit your needs, such as every 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks.

Why choose recurring booking?

Recurring booking is ideal for busy pet parents who want to ensure their pets always look and feel their best. It’s also perfect for health-conscious owners who understand the importance of a consistent grooming schedule as recommended by experts.

How do I set up a recurring booking?

You can set up a recurring booking directly in our app or website. During the booking process, select a package, and you will be presented with two options: "One-Time" or "Recurring." Choose "Recurring" to set up your plan, and then select the frequency that works best for you (4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks).

How is my recurring booking scheduled?

Your recurring booking will be scheduled based on your selected frequency, time, and groomer. We will aim to keep the same groomer, day, and time as previous appointments whenever possible.

What happens if I reschedule a booking?

If you reschedule a booking, future recurring appointments will automatically adjust based on the new date of your last grooming service, ensuring your pet stays on a consistent schedule.

When will I be charged for recurring bookings?

You will be charged 7 days before each appointment. At this time, you will also receive a notification to inform you of the charge. This notification gives you the chance to adjust the date, time, or cancel the appointment if needed.

Can I change the frequency or time?

Yes, you can update your schedule anytime by selecting a new frequency. Date and Time will be available to be updated once the appointment is created 7 days before the upcoming appointment.

Do I pay upfront?

No, you are charged individually for each appointment, 7 days before the scheduled date. This ensures flexibility and convenience for managing your recurring bookings. Recurring appointments can be canceled at no charge until the appointment is billed, then, it will be subject to the standard cancellation policy for any upcoming schedule.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

There are no charges for canceling your recurring subscription. However, if an appointment has already been charged, cancellation policies will apply for that specific appointment.

Can I get a refund or credit?

Refunds or credits depend on the timing of the cancellation. If an appointment is canceled before the 24-hour window prior to the appointment, you may be eligible for a refund or credit. Otherwise, the standard cancellation policy applies.

What happens if my groomer is unavailable?

If your groomer is unavailable, we will notify you and offer you the option to reschedule with the same groomer at a later time or book with another groomer based on your preferences.

Can I transfer to another pet?

Yes, you can transfer a recurring appointment to another pet within the same household. Please contact our support team to make the necessary adjustments.
